1960s Danish circular dining table with 2 leaves, extends to seat 8
Stylish, versatile and practical circular Danish dining table in teak with 2 extention leaves which makes the table comfortably seat 8 maybe 10.
The table's main top is circular and able to seat 4 comfortably.
To extend the table you simply pull the ends apart which exposes the beech runners onto which the leaves rest. Push it closed and the taps locks them all together.
Inserting 1or both of the leaves transforms the table into an oval shape which in its fully extended form seats 8 people comfortably, possibly 10.
The restrained elegance of the table epitomised by the tapering, solid teak, legs mean the table would look great in any interior -modern or period.
Condition: The table is strong and in very good condition with minor signs of use commensurate with age.
Can be flat packed for easy transport/shipping as the legs are screw fitted into the table edge and quickly unscrew.
