Impressive Hans Wegner 4 seat sofa with Brazilian rosewood frame, cushions upholstered in light two tone grey wool upholstery.

The lovely detail on this sofa are the circular caps of rosewood endgrain which cover the screw holding the padded part of the arm in the frame.
The seat is sprung using elasticated webbing which has all been replaced and is now good for another 40 years.

The Hallingdal fabric was designed for KVADRAT by Nanna Ditzel in 1966 and is still being made. Click here for more information on hallingdal

This lovely sofa has elegant designed detail that is eye catching and draws you to the conclusion of understated but luxurious comfort and quality.

The high arms mean that you can sit in the corner and be support and comfortable. This version is rarely seen compared to the low version Model AP62.

The rosewood frame is constructed to a standard that few can match. It has solid beech sub-frame with steel brace, and is only bolted together with 10 Allen bolts and dismantles in minutes for easy transport.

All the cushions are fully upholstered and can be used on both sides for even wear. The are all zipped and can easily be removed for dry-cleaning.

Condition: Beautiful even patina and some signs of use consummate with age. faint marks on fabric but all covers have been cleaned and are odour free.

Can be completely dismantled for shipping / delivery.
