Boomerang chair in teak and original green upholstery. Hvidt & Molgaard design 1956
Wonderful and increasingly rare teak "boomerang" armchair with bronzed legs.
The stunning appearance of this simple yet elegantly designed armchair superbly compliments the comfort it offers to the person sitting.
The simple green upholstered seat and back cushions are completely original and they sit supported by Experspring webbing. The experspring takes the shape of the person sat in the chair while the slender legs give the appearance of floating.
(We stock the EXPERSPRING if you need some replaced)
The chair is the rarer armchair version, of the model which also came without arms.
Condition: Beautiful with lovely patina and oiled finish to the wood. Cushions with minor signs of use and age related wear.
They are double sided so can be flipped over and used on both sides.
The bronze legs have unique patina and most not be polished..
