Small dining table in Brazilian rosewood. Extends with 2 leaves to seat 8
Danish midcentury rosewood dining table designed by Johannes Andersen for Chr. Linneberg mobelfabrik.
Lovely small rectangular dining table with 2 self stored leaves hidden in a storage compartment under the top.
This rarely seen little table comfortably seats 4/6 before one or both of the leaves are added to either end.
The leaves store under the top in a compartment.
Each leaf fits onto supports which pull out at each end of the table. The leaves can be used independent of each other.
The table design gives the impression that the top is raised from the plinth but these are all optical details.
The table is constructed with the legs bolting to the frame and securing the top.
It takes only a few minutes to dismantle the table for flat packing and safe transport.
Condition: Beautiful even patina with some signs of use . 1 leaf with scratches in varnish. see images.
