Danish club chair with padded frame and castor feet produced mid 1940s by Danish cabinet maker using traditional build techniques that make this chair very comfortable and suitable for reupholstery.
The chair has been built up over a solid timber frame using pullman springs inside the seat. All the padding is wood shavings, horsehair and quitled cotton ensuring that the chair always holds its shape.
The chair is currently in its original green velvet upholstery, giving it a period look, but this is easily changed to give the chair a more modern look while remaining comfortable and supportive.
The fringed tassle trim at the base of the armchair adds to the antique look whilst also kiding the 4 castor feet, allowing the armchair to move freely with minimal effort.
A fantastic addition the modern home, a great way to add some antique styling - or as an upholstery project to really make this chair your own!

The delivery is to cerb-side meaning that the delivery will NOT be unpacekd or installed in your home.
It is YOUR responsibility to un-pack the items once the crate has been delivered.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order for furniture once we have contacted you and arranged a delivery day and time.
Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport
For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
