Stunning executive desk designed for Sibast in 1963 by Arne Vodder to immediate acclaim.
This elegant and spacious desk offers lots of work surface, ideal with today's large monitors, as well as good storage in the drawers.
This desk is a version rarely seen with it's woven cane modesty panel instrad of the more common version with 2 drawer boxes.
The larger / deeper drawer is for hanging A4 files.
The desk has the signature raised sides, a feature used on the entire range of desks and sideboards Arne Vodder designed. Often referred to as the Triennale series as
it was awarded Gold medal status at the Milan Furniture Trienalle in 1963.
The desk can be completely dismantled for easy shipping / delivery as you can see from the images.
Condition. Superb with amazing patina and wood grain patterns across the table top.
Oiled finish enhaces the woods natural beauty while also protecting it.
