Antique large armchair with padded frame and cabriole legs produced mid 1940s by Danish cabinetmaker using traditional build techniques that make this chair very comfortable and suitable for reupholstery.
The chair has been built up over a solid timber frame using pullman springs inside the seat. All the padding is wood shavings, horse-hair and quitled cotton ensuring that the chair always holds its shape.
The chair is currently in a deep red colour velvet giving it a period look.
tis has been attacked by a cat on the rear as you can see from the images.
This is easily changed to give the chair a more modern look while remaining comfortable and supportive.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order for furniture once we have contacted you and arranged a delivery day and time.
Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport
For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
