Erik Ole Jorgensen vintage oak carver chair made using unique 'ships oak' produced 1968 by FDB Denmark model ALBATROS

This elegant chair has been produced using the unique timbers called 'ships oak' as these timbers have small knots showing.
These are endearingly referred to as 'cats paw prints' and you can see these across several areas of chair frame.

The simple and minimalist design is contrasted by the hardy and strong oak timbers.

The chair has been re-upholstered with new foam fitted to the seat pan first, followed by a high quality black leather that is double thickness to normal upholstery leathers.
This ensures a very hardy and durable seat that will last for many many years.

The chair is stamped with both the makers logo and production dates to the underside of the frame.

The delivery is to cerb-side meaning that the delivery will NOT be unpacekd or installed in your home.

It is YOUR responsibility to un-pack the items once the crate has been delivered.

Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport

For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
