Vintage BWANA chair with footstool in teak designed by Finn Juhl and produced by France & Son in 1961 model FD152.
This magnificent chair designed by Finn Juhl was inspired by African tribal art, hence its name; 'Bwana'
Its high back rest is both curved and sprung, providing excellent lower back support.
This in combination with its arms, provides you with a comfortable sitting experience, for hours on end
The arm rests feature highly tactile handles resembling mushrooms which adds to the feel of the chair.
The chairs upholstery is in great condition. The chair is a perfect candidate to re-upholster in a choice of fabrics to suit your scheme
Condition. Excellent with lovely patina and oiled finish which helps to nourish and enhance the wood grain.
The fabric is in excellent condition, clean and unmarked.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport
For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
