Description
Vintage wall unit with locking desk space and produced using a mixture of teak and oak Hans Wegner design.
The use of teak and oak mixed together was often done by Hans Wegner and is typical of his designs during the early 1950s.
This system is extremely well built and brilliantly versatile. The impressive teak & oak unit is composed of a base cabinet with 2 doors concealing shelves and a top section with locking desk area, lights and single shelf.
The internal light is turned on by a small button switch on the end of the housing.
The shelves in the top part & base cabinet are adjustable and made using solid block wood to prevent them from sagging under the weight of the objects you store.
Heavy books are no match for this unit.
