Spacious teak double bed frame with woven cane head board, glass top bedside tables and black vinyl foot board.
This stylish bed is one of Wegner's earliest designs for GETAMA and a true testament to his eye for mixing materials.
The frame has teak bedside tables with a black glass top, Cane woven head board and finally black vinyl upholstered foot board with teak sides.
The whole bed stands elevated off the floor by way of tapering solid teak legs which are screw fitted directly to plates in the frame.
The 2 central legs have adjuster feet so you can level it should the floor sloap.
The size of this frame is the larger version which requires a mattress measuring 170cm Wide x 195cm Lenght
The standard size seen most is the 140cm wide so this frame gives more space.
The whole frame can be dismantled and the base is hinged in the middle so it folds in half making it easy to get up stairs.
Condition. Very good with beautiful patina, un-damaged cane and glass tops.
