Description
Rare vintage teak Gentlemans dresser or sideboard with 8 drawers of varying depths.
This stunning large sideboard / chest offers lots of storage where 4 of the drawers are divided internally into sections.
Each drawer has a simple lipped handle in solid teak with carved finger grip making them easy to use. All the drawers are made of solid beech for the sides as this ensures strength and stability.
There are 2 different drawer depths in each bank of 4.
Top 2 drawers are 3 inch / cm deep
The 2 bottom drawers are 4 inch / 10cm deep.
The unit stands on tapering teak legs which screw fit directly to the bottom of the chest.
They are removable for transport - shipping.
Condition. Very good with lovely patina and oiled finish.
Legs with old repairs.
