Elegant and very practical vintage oak locking door cabinet with special brass handles and thin brass legs designed in 1951 by Borge Mogensen for C. M. Madsen who produced it for FDB in 1965.
A very timeless design that offers lots of storage.

The cabinet has been designed with special door handles in brass that are also the key to lock each door. A signature detail unique to Mogensen which provides the cabinet with a luxurious and premium finish.
Inside this spacious cabinet are drawers made of solid pale sycamore timber which contrast the warm patina of the golden oak exterior. All the internal drawers and shelves can be arranged as you need them to for your storage needs!

The thin, cylindrical brass legs provide a nice contrast to the golden colour of the vintage oak, giving the cabinet a lighter appearance. The simple use of oak and brass makes the cabinet very pleasing to look at and enhances the minimalist design of the unit.

The unit is stamped to the rear with makers mark.
