Stunning midcentury teak framed rocking chair with original sprung cushions in NEW tweed fabric, produced 1951 by France & Daverkosen model FD120
This stunning rocking chair is among the designs from Ole Wanscher that is admired for its slim and functional designed frame.

The curved rocker base allows the gentle motion to be almost effortless, allowing you to sit back and relax after a long day at work.
The original sprung cushions are in excellent condition providing a comfortable and supportive seat. The cushion covers have been reupholstered in Bute Tweed - Turmeric, providing a warm orange to further accent the patina of the solid teak frame.
The frame dismantles completely without the need for tools whatsoever, allowing the armchair to be flat packed in minutes. This was only a feature on the first edition rocking chairs, with later versions of the FD120 needing a screwdriver and allen key to dismantle the frame.

Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
