Rare & unique sofa model MP81 designed by Percival Lafer. Sold frame only as a reupholstery project.
This stylish sofa originates in Brazil as it was designed and produced by Percival Lafer in the mid 1960s
A unique and comfotable sofa is ideal to use in a living room or office - where ever you have a space you want to sit comfortably.
The frame is incredibly supportive and feels as though it is embracing you when you sit back and relax.
It features a raised tubular head rest, separate from the seat frame, that gently supports you when you are fully relaxed in this sofa.
It is currently upholstered in tan colour leather which is marked and bears tears from use and age.
This sofa is sold as a restoration project and our upholsterer, Tom, will be happy to undertake the work as he has 30+ years experience and is well versed in Danish upholstery.
This will make the armchair uniquely yours and we can recommend many differnt fabrics.

Condition. Very good strong frame ready for reupholstery.
The leather bears signs of use & age along with wear and tears in it, see images.
The legs can be removed for transport / delivery.
