This exquisite & elegantly designed dining set comfortably seats 6 around the table before it is extended using the single self-stored leaf hidden inside the table.
The table extends with the leaf and when extended the table will comfortably seat 8.
Unique to this model designed by Henry W Klein are the three rosewood inserts into each corner of the table & chairs. A signature of this design by Klein
This small detail adds a lot to the overall feel and uniqueness of this dining set.
The 6 dining chairs all come with woven Danish cord seats.
The use of Danish cord is traditional for the design and is both strong and durable but add very little weight to the chair!
The table is supported by tapering round legs which are screwed into fittings in the table, ensuring a sturdy and strong fit. That does make the legs easy to remove for flat-packing & easy delivery.
Condition: Very good with refinished top & some minor signs of use.
Oiled finish helps nourish the wood and bring out it's natural beauty.
Makers label present under table top.
