Clean and chic classic slim frame Danish 3 seater box sofa in original 1960s blue wool upholstery. Originally designed for use in Danish parliment, designed by Ejner Larsen and produced by Cabinetmaker Willy Beck in 1960.

The slim frame sofa sits on solid beech legs, giving the sofa a respectable seat height which promotes good posture and ergonomic comfort. The light tone of the beech is an eye catching contrast to the royal bule wool upholestery. The upholstery is lightly sun faded, whilst remaining mostly bright and comfortable with no rips or tears.

The armrests gently cuve from the backrest down to the front of the soffa offering great support from the side, perfect for leaning agains and resting your arm upon whilst relaxing.

The frame is constructed with the use of hand sewn fitted pullman springs, the traditional method of building the frame up. The sofa is constructed by fitting the springs, stuffing the padding and finally upholstering the whole sofa. Traditional Danish cabinet maker construction is so well done that you can rely on this sofa for a lifetime!
It has a far superior build quality to modern sofas!

The sofa is sleek and classy, making it a fantastic fit for any home, modern or vintage inspired!
