1940s bookcase wall unit in mahogany. Designed by Danish cabinet maker.
A sturdy and well tested wall unit with lots of storage for books and other display items.
The unit consists of a bookcase top & 2-door base cabinet.
The bookcase top contains 6 shelves which can be moved or re-moved along pre-drilled holes in the sides.
The shelves are made of solid pine with a mahogany front edge, making them very durable and able to support heavy books.
The base cabinet has two sliding doors which slide smoothly and feature inset finger grips.
Behind each door is a single adjustable shelf
The right section contains several metal dividers.
Condition. Good with sturdy & solid construction.
Signs of use consistent with age are present.
The surface of the base cabinet has a ring mark and various smaller scratches on it.
The sliding doors can lock, however the cabinet does not come with any keys.
The bookcase top does not separate from the base cabinet.
