Vintage white ceramic lamp with floral shade. Made in Denmark by Søholm Ceramics.
An ideal lamp for use as a reading light on a desk or table, or even as a bedside light.
The lamp is a white ceramic base with a pleated shade with lovely warm floral pattern.
The shade rests on a frame above the bulb, underneath which is the switch for the light.
Søholm's design of the lamp was inspired by the lamp seen in Wilhelm Marstrand's 1870 painting; 'Heibergs Home.'
Condition. Good with ceramic in lovely condition.
Shade is in very good condition with little to no signs of use / age
The shade is removable for safe packing and transport.
