Vintage Danish design 6 drawer chest in teak with locking top drawer & 3/4 width handles.
A practical chest of drawers that is ideal for use in an office or bedroom, or even in the alcove of a living room.
Its 6 drawers provides large storage space for an assortment of items.
Each drawer is fitted to the top with a carved lipped handle which takes up three quarters of the drawer face.
The drawer faces match to create a continuous wood grain pattern.
The top drawer is can be locked, perfect for storing more important items & documents, and one key is supplied for the lock.
The chest stands on tapering round legs in solid teak which screw fit to the plinth.
Condition. Good with oiled finish.
There are small marks present on the top as well as a repair mark on the bottom right, see images.
Oiled finish enhances patina and nourishes the wood.
1 heart-shaped No.2 key supplied.
