Minimalistic high back easy chair designed by Yngve Ekstrom with matching footstool.
A lovely chair with matching footstool both upholstered in red colour fabric with orange & purple stripes.
The chair & footstool have laminated beech frames with natual colour. The nature of the beech frame and the design of the easy chair means that there is elasticity in the frame so it gently bounces when you sit in it. Almost rocking like.
The easy chair is perfect to sit in as its high back and foot rest allows it to completely support the entirety of your body.
Condition: Very good with lovely patina and some minor signs of use / age.
The beech frame has some minor marks on its surface and around the arm rests, see images.
The fabric is in very good condition and is soft, however, the footstool has a small mark on its fabric.
Swedese maker's mark is located on the frame rail at the front of easy chair.
