Classic 3 seat sofa with teak frame and 3 cane panel back designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Molgaard model FD452 produced by France & Daverkosen in 1957.
A very stylish sofa that doubles as a single occasional bed.
This comfortable 3 seat sofa has a sprung seat and back cushion which is need for when the seat becomes the bed. Remove the A shaped back cushion and the seat width increases to 27½ inch / 70cm
The sofa frame has been re-furbished with new cane fitted to all 3 of the panels in the back.
The arms have also been recently recaned, which is a delicate and expensive process but adds a gret deal to the overall look of the daybed.
The cane will darken with age and exposure to sun light.
The sofa features NEW blue upholstery which features a subtle green sheen, Colour code: MORPH 2511-13101 from Gabriel.
The sofa can be dismantled for easy transport and is marked with makers details.
