Impressively sized 2-part office cabinet in vintage teak designed in 1943 by Hans Wegner and produced by Plan Mobelfabrik.
This large cabinet provides excellent storage through a wide variety of drawers, shelves and cabinets.
The unit consists of 2 sections: The top cabinet section features 3 locking doors, opening to reveal internal shelving. The base of the unit features a variety of drawers, cabinet doors and tambour sliding storage.
The drawers and tambour doors feature brass pull handles, which are a signature feature on Plan Mobler furniture and provide a nice contrast in material to the war, rich tone of the vintage teak.
This cabinet has endless storage possibilities - designed early in Hans Wegners career with Danish office equipment producer Plan Mobelfabrik, this was Wegners first venture into office/contract furniture.
The internal shelves are designed to organise documents, with the internal dimensions based upon A4 document storage. The shelves can easily be removed, allowing the space to open up for storing larger items.
The tambour doors effortlessly slide to reveal further storage, with the doors disappearing into the cabinet, providing an elegant and premium finish.
With the drawers and adjustable shelving, this unique and spacious cabinet would make for a fantastic wardrobe.
The 2 sections can be used together as one large unit, or as seperate cabinets to divide your storage or make use of the upper cabinet as a sideboard.

Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport
For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
