Lovely light 2 seat sofa with the original sprung cushions upholstered in new mustard boucle fabric upholstery from BUTE, Scotland.
This sofa has the lovely oak frame with rich teak arms. The use of 2 woods is common on Hans Wegner's designs from the 1950s and works to great effect.
The sofa gets it's name from the distinctly CIGAR shaped armrests.
The original cushions retain the foam covered sprung metal inners, and allow you to use both sides of the cushions.
The bold ochre tone of the upholstery nicely compliments the warm colour teak and oak frame, giving the sofa a true midcentury look.
Condition: Impressive with lovely patina.
Cushion fabric with minor wear and signs of use consistent with age.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery of furniture and large items are carried out in our own vehicle and all items will be securely blanketed and strapped down during transport
For small items that are sent by courier DPD or PARCELFORCE, we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
